Why a chat assistant stops halfway
Asked to find every message about one subject in a long chat, a chat assistant reads what fits into one answer and works from that. In a long conversation, part of the chat is never read, and voice notes are only file names in the export, so whatever was said in them cannot be searched at all.
This tool first turns the export into a numbered record and writes out every voice note. The search then runs over all of it, from the first message to the last, and every result points to a message number you can cite.
Words, and what people mean
The keyword search finds every message that contains your words. Separate alternatives with commas: pickup, collect, school. A word also finds longer words that start with it, so pick finds pickup and picked.
People do not always use the same words. With the whole chat unlocked you can ask an AI model to read the full chat for a topic and list the messages about it, each with a short reason and the exact words from the message. Every message number it returns is checked against the chat, so it cannot point to a message that does not exist.
What you hand over
The matches download as a PDF, TXT or CSV. The PDF starts with a list of the matches, then shows each one highlighted with the messages just before and after it, so it is read in context. Message numbers are those of the full export, and the cover carries the SHA-256 fingerprint of the export file you uploaded, so the excerpt can be checked against the complete record.

Does it search the voice messages too?
Yes. Voice messages are written out word for word first, and the search covers those transcripts like any other message.
What do I get for free?
The first part of the chat with its voice messages written out, and for any search the number of matches in the whole chat and the first few. Unlocking the chat for $5 shows every match and the downloads. On top of that, a chat of up to 150 messages, with up to 5 minutes of voice messages, is free in full, downloads included.
Can I hide private details in the excerpt?
Yes. Set up Redact and select on the job page, then tick "Apply my redaction to the matches" before you download them.
Does it work with Telegram, Messenger, Instagram or email?
