Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for results you can use. That is why the first page of every document is free: you can judge the quality on your own material before you spend anything.

One-time payments

If you paid to unlock a document and the tool could not read it, or the result is not usable, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment. Tell us which document it was and we will refund the payment.

Unlimited subscriptions

You can cancel Unlimited at any time from the billing page, and you keep Unlimited until the end of the period you paid for. If you subscribed by mistake or the service did not work for you, write to us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it. Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. When you unlock a document, you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately; the refund terms above apply in addition to, and do not reduce, any rights you have under the law.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
