A WhatsApp chat as one PDF for your lawyer or a court
When a WhatsApp conversation has to be handed to a lawyer, an employer or a court, the reader needs all of it: every message numbered and dated, every voice note written out, nothing summarised. Upload the export and get that PDF; the first part is free and the whole chat is $5, paid once.
- Every message numbered, with sender and time exactly as in the export
- Voice notes transcribed word for word, with an optional translation under each
- A cover page with the SHA-256 fingerprint of the file you uploaded
- Photos printed in place; other attachments listed by name
- Up to 10,000 messages for one payment of $5

WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. NoCutoff is an independent tool and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. The chat above is a demo; the PDF excerpt is real output from that demo chat.
What makes a chat record usable
A screenshot shows a few messages. A printed chat from a phone loses the voice notes. A summary from a chat assistant is a third party's reading of the conversation. What a lawyer usually asks for is the complete conversation, in order, with each message identifiable, so the important ones can be cited by number.
The PDF starts with a cover page: chat name, number of messages and voice notes, date range, and the SHA-256 fingerprint of the export file you uploaded. Anyone holding the same export can compute the same fingerprint and confirm the PDF was made from it. Message numbers, senders and timestamps are copied from the export without converting time zones.
Voice notes in another language
If the voice notes are in another language, choose a translation and each one is printed with the original transcript first and the translation underneath. Keep in mind that a court may require a certified translator; the PDF gives that translator, and your lawyer, a complete and searchable starting point.
What this is not
NoCutoff does not certify documents and does not give legal advice. Whether and how a chat record can be used depends on the court and the country. Keep the original export file unchanged: the fingerprint on the cover is only useful as long as that file exists.
How the tool works, what it costs and how your files are handled is on the WhatsApp Chat to PDF page; prices for every tool are on the pricing page.

Questions and answers
Is the PDF accepted as evidence?
That depends on the court and the country, and on how the chat was obtained. The PDF is a complete, numbered transcript of the export with its fingerprint; your lawyer decides how to use it.
Can I include only part of the chat?
The tool processes the whole export so that nothing is left out by accident. You can cite the relevant messages by their numbers.
Are times converted to my time zone?
No. Dates and times are printed exactly as they appear in the export, which uses the phone's settings at the time of export.
Who can see the chat?
Only you. Jobs are private, are not used to train AI models, and can be deleted from your account at any time.
