Questions and answers
What counts as one job?
One job is one thing you hand to one tool: one WhatsApp chat export, one email export, one set of subtitle files for the same film or season, or one document with all of its pages. Each tool page says how large one job can be.
Do I need an account to pay?
No. You can start a job, see the free part and pay for the rest without signing up. The email you give at checkout becomes your account, so you can come back to the job later.
Is the one-time payment really one time?
Yes. $5 unlocks one job in full. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
What happens to a job I unlocked?
It stays unlocked. You can reopen it and download the result again for as long as you keep it in your account.
What is free, exactly?
The first part of every job, processed for real: the first messages of a chat with their voice messages transcribed, the first lines of a subtitle file translated, the first page of a document. Without an account you can run 1 job a day on each tool; a free account raises that to 3 a day. Jobs started without an account are deleted after 7 days.
What are the limits on Unlimited?
Unlimited covers every tool with a fair-use limit that is enough for dozens of long jobs a month. If an account goes far beyond normal use, new jobs pause until the 1st of the next month and we write to you. A single job can also be larger on Unlimited than with a one-time payment; each tool page gives its own limit.
Is the price the same in every country?
Yes. One job is $5 in every country, and Unlimited is $29 a month or $180 a year everywhere. Prices include tax.
Can I cancel Unlimited?
Yes, at any time from the billing page. You keep Unlimited until the end of the period you paid for.
What if the result is not usable?
The first part of every job is free precisely so you can judge the result before paying. If you paid and the tool could not do the job on your file, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we will refund the payment.
