Merge Outlook .msg files into one PDF, in date order
Dragging emails out of Outlook leaves you with a folder of .msg files that open one at a time. Upload them here, or a .zip of the folder, and get one PDF with every email sorted by date: sender, recipients, date and subject, the full text and a list of attachments. The first emails are free; the whole set is $5, paid once. No Outlook is needed to open them.
- Hundreds of .msg files at once (up to 500), or a .zip of the folder
- Every email sorted by date, with From, To, Cc, Date and Subject
- Full text, never summarized; attachments listed by name, type and size
- Up to 5,000 emails for one payment of $5
- Works on a Mac or a PC without Outlook; TXT and CSV downloads too
How to save emails from Outlook as .msg files
- In Outlook for Windows, select the emails (Ctrl+A selects a whole folder)
- Drag them onto the desktop or into a new folder: each becomes a .msg file
- Right-click the folder, choose Send to, then Compressed (zipped) folder
- Upload the .zip here, or select the .msg files directly
Why one PDF instead of a folder of files
A lawyer, an HR team or a tribunal wants the emails in order, in one document they can page through and quote by number. Printing .msg files one by one loses the order and takes hours. Here every email gets a number, the PDF has an index at the end, and the cover carries the SHA-256 fingerprint of what you uploaded.
If you have the whole mailbox instead, export it from Outlook as a .pst file and upload that: the Outlook folder of each email is kept.
How the tool works, what it costs and how your files are handled is on the Outlook PST to PDF page; prices for every tool are on the pricing page.

Questions and answers
Can ChatGPT merge .msg files into one PDF?
No. A .msg file is a binary Outlook format a chat assistant cannot open, and it cannot hand back a merged PDF. This tool reads each .msg file and lays every email out in one PDF, word for word.
Are the attachments included?
Each attachment is listed under its email by name, type and size. The attachment files themselves are not printed into the PDF.
Can I mix .msg files with a .pst or .eml files?
Yes. Upload them together and every email is sorted into one timeline. The same email uploaded twice (same Message-ID) is included once.
How much does it cost?
The first emails are free. All of them, up to 5,000 emails, are $5, paid once. Small jobs are the exception: up to 25 emails are free in full, downloads included.
