Know what a book says before you translate it
Translating a whole book is a big decision for a publisher, a researcher or a family with a box of books in a language they do not read well. A chapter-by-chapter summary in your own language tells you what each part covers, which chapters matter for your purpose, and whether a full translation is worth it.
Each chapter is sent in its original language, in full, and summarized directly into the language you chose, with key points. There is no machine translation of the whole book first, so the cost stays low and the summary is written from the original text.

Which languages can the book be in?
Most written languages, including Persian, Arabic, Urdu, Hebrew, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French and German. The summaries can be in any of 81 languages.
Does it translate the book?
No. It writes a summary of each chapter in your chosen language. Full translation is a separate tool.
How long can the book be?
Up to about 600 pages for $5.
Is the first chapter free?
Yes, without an account. A book of up to 30 pages is summarized free in full.
