Translate a whole EPUB novel into Persian, as a right-to-left EPUB
Upload a DRM-free EPUB and get the whole book back in Persian as an EPUB that reads right to left: every chapter in order, the title and table of contents in Persian, page turns from right to left in readers that support it. The first part is free without an account; a novel of up to about 160,000 words is $5.
- Every chapter set right to left, and the book set to turn pages right to left
- Standard Persian spelling with ی, ک and the half-space
- Character names kept consistent with your glossary
- Bilingual EPUB: English paragraph, Persian paragraph
- Book language set to Persian for e-reader fonts and dictionaries
Right to left inside the EPUB
An EPUB translated into Persian but left with its English settings shows Persian text in left-to-right paragraphs: punctuation lands on the wrong side and mixed lines with English names or numbers reorder strangely. Here every chapter file is marked as Persian and right to left, and the book is marked to turn pages from right to left, so readers like Apple Books display it as a Persian book.
Text inside the book is plain Unicode Persian. E-readers use their own Persian fonts unless the book embeds one; most modern readers display Persian well. The cover image is not changed.
Names, terms and style
Persian readers expect foreign names written the way they are commonly written in Persian, and many translators keep a list. Put names and their Persian forms in the glossary ("Hermione = هرمیون") and they are used in every chapter. Choose formal for literary or older texts, informal for contemporary dialogue.
Who uses it
- Readers in Iran and Afghanistan who want to read a book not yet published in Persian
- Persian teachers preparing bilingual reading material
- Authors and small publishers preparing a draft for a translator to edit
- Families sharing books with relatives who read only Persian
How the tool works, what it costs and how your files are handled is on the Translate EPUB Book page; prices for every tool are on the pricing page.

Questions and answers
Will my e-reader show it right to left?
The chapters are marked right to left and the book is set to page from right to left. Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo and most apps follow that; some older readers ignore page direction but still show the text right to left.
Can I get it in Dari?
The translation is standard Persian. Dari readers read it easily; add Afghan word choices to the glossary if you want them.
How much does it cost?
$5, paid once, for a book of up to about 160,000 words.
Is a bilingual edition available?
Yes. The bilingual EPUB places each Persian paragraph under the English one, set right to left.
