Web novels and long series
Readers of Chinese, Korean and Japanese web novels often have the raw text as an EPUB and no translation past the first chapters. Pasting chapters into a chat assistant works for a while, then the replies get shorter, a chapter is summarized instead of translated, or a character's name changes. Each new session starts without the names you settled on.
Here the whole EPUB is translated in one job. Before starting, list the names and terms you want fixed: "林凡 = Lin Fan", "筑基 = Foundation Establishment", "Never translate: Seoul". They are sent with every block of the book, along with the paragraphs just before it, so chapter 80 uses the same names as chapter 1.
Reading the result
The English EPUB opens in Apple Books, Kobo, Google Play Books and calibre, and can be sent to a Kindle with Send to Kindle. The bilingual EPUB places each English paragraph under the original, which is useful for learners and for checking a passage that matters.
What it is not
It is machine translation, careful about structure and names, not a literary translation. Translate books you have the right to translate: your own work, public-domain books or books whose rights holder agrees. Books with DRM cannot be opened, and images with text in them are left as they are.

Can ChatGPT translate a whole Chinese novel?
Chapter by chapter it can, with care. Over a whole novel it tends to shorten, stop or drift on names, and it does not return an EPUB. This tool translates every chapter and returns the book.
How long can the book be?
Up to about 160,000 words for $5. Unlimited covers about 320,000 words per job; very long series can be split into volumes.
Can I keep names in pinyin or romanized?
Yes. Put each name and its English form in the glossary; it is used throughout.
Is the first chapter free?
The first part of the book is translated free and shown next to the original, without an account.
