Translate a whole PowerPoint into Spanish and get a .pptx, not text to paste
Upload a .pptx and get the deck back in Spanish as a file: every slide title, bullet, table cell and speaker note translated where it sits, with fonts, colors and layout as they were. You choose formal (usted) or informal (tú). The first slides are free with no sign-up; a deck of typically about 300 slides is $5, paid once.
- Formal (usted) or informal (tú) address, applied across the whole deck
- Spanish runs longer than English: grown boxes get a smaller text scale
- Bold figures and colored words keep their style on the right words
- Speaker notes and tables translated too
- Several decks in one job, up to 10 files
A file back, not a wall of text
The usual way to translate slides with a chatbot is to copy the text out, translate it, and paste each line back into its box. On a 90-slide deck that is hours of work, and formatting inside a line, like a bold number in a sentence, is lost on the way back. Here the deck is translated inside the file: each paragraph is replaced in its own box, with its formatting carried through.
Spanish is longer
Spanish text is often noticeably longer than the English it comes from. When a box's translation grows clearly beyond the original, that box gets a smaller text scale and is set to shrink text on overflow, so the slide keeps its layout without text spilling over images. Boxes are not moved or resized. Short labels such as button text may still need a quick look.
Tone matters in Spanish decks: choose formal for clients and official audiences, informal for internal training or a young audience. Add terms with an agreed translation to the glossary ("pipeline = cartera de oportunidades") and product names under "Never translate".

Questions and answers
Latin American or European Spanish?
Neutral Spanish by default. If your audience uses specific words, add them to the glossary, for example "computer = computadora" or "computer = ordenador".
Can I translate Google Slides?
Yes. In Google Slides choose File, Download, Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx), upload that file, then import the translated .pptx back into Google Slides.
What does it cost?
$5, paid once, for up to 10 decks and 400,000 characters of slide text. A deck with up to 40 paragraphs of text is free in full.
Are animations kept?
Yes. Animations, transitions, images and slide layouts are copied from your file; only the text changes.
